This is a drop in Session.
You can show up any time within the 1 hour and 45 Minute Program time and do as many rounds of our express program as you wish.
Our last Round is at the 1 hour and 40 min mark to allow everyone to get one last round in before the Session times end.
This session is not 1 hour and 45 minutes in length, it may only take you 15-25 minutes to complete your workout as this is the "Express" program and its perfect for those that want a fast and efficient workout plan.
