Train 10-12 times per month or daily if you are a member and this is an upgrade on top of another program.
These Sessions Run from 10:45am-12:30 each day. Monday to Friday.
This is a drop in program.
Just show up any time between the above times and work your way through our Daily Circuits.
You can do as many rounds as you like.
Come and go as you wish.
There is no set start time.
A Trainer will be there to guide you.
